Join us at 11 AM on Thurs., February 19th at Oyster Shooters Raw Bar & Grill, 916 Florida Ave., Cocoa. Cost: $25. Doors open at 10:45 AM. Mah Jongg and Bridge will follow the program. Bring a guest to receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a free lunch!

February’s presenter is Korinn Braden, Executive Director of the Field Manor in Merritt Island. With a background in anthropology, cultural history, and archaeology, she will share insights on the Ais Indians, who lived in Brevard and nearby areas from the 16th century. Learn about their lives, impact, and what became of them.

Menu choices (with house salad, bread, water). Cash bar for drinks and oysters.

  • Cajun Chicken Pasta with Alfredo Sauce served over Cavatappi Pasta

  • Roasted Island Mahi served over coconut rice with Pineapple Rum sauce and a Mango Salsa

  • Caprese Puff Pastry Tart filled with Chianti & Grape Tomato Jam and fresh burrata, topped with Balsamic Glaze and Micro Basil.

Directions: From Merritt Square Mall, go west on FL‑520 for ~3 miles. Turn left on Forrest/Florida Avenue and continue ½ mile. The restaurant is on the left, with extra parking behind the building.
